WE WELCOME YOU TO ‘COME AND SEE’ AND VISIT THE ANCIENT CHRISTIAN CHURCH. We believe the Orthodox Church is the Church founded by Jesus Christ and maintained through the centuries through continuity in faith, worship, and Apostolic succession. When we say that the Orthodox Church is the original church we are not saying that we are better or superior to other Christians. Rather, we are claiming continuity; the Orthodox Church has maintained the same worship and the same doctrines established by the Apostles of Christ. We didn’t branch off, we didn’t reform. Acts 11:26, “And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” That same church exists in Antioch even to this day - the Orthodox Christian Church of the Antiochian Patriarchate.
We invite you to come to a Divine Liturgy and see for yourself. You’ll hear prayers that echo across seventeen centuries. You’ll receive teaching that the Fathers would recognize. You’ll stand in a tradition that goes back, unbroken, to the apostles themselves.
